This service takes those standard operating procedures and automates the parts a machine does reliably, leaving the judgement calls with your people. The work starts from your existing SOPs, written or not. We sit with whoever runs the process, record the steps as they actually happen rather than as the manual describes them, then mark every step as automate, assist or leave alone. Automate means a system runs it end to end. Assist means a model drafts and a named person approves, which is where most document, quoting and correspondence work lands. Leave alone means the exception rate is too high to trust, and we tell you that instead of building it anyway. We then build on the tools you already pay for wherever they can carry the load, connect the automation to your existing systems, and rewrite the SOP so the process is documented rather than living in the head of whoever set it up.
